🎥 Event VJ Services Price List

Base Hourly Rate

• $50/hour for VJ services

Travel Costs

• $0.50/mile for travel

• 1 hour of setup and 1 hour of takedown are billed at the hourly rate.

Screen & Projector Rental Options

1. 120-inch Screen with Front Projection

   • Brighter with competing lights

   • Includes a 5000-lumen ultra-short-throw projector

2. 150-inch Screen with Back Projection

   • Same price as the 120-inch setup

   • Includes a 5000-lumen ultra-short-throw projector

• Rental Price: $25/hour (includes setup and takedown)

Optional Services

• Bring Your Own Screen and Projector: Free

• Late Booking Fee (Booked 3 Days or Less Before Event): +$50

• Add a Table (if none is provided): +$25

• Live video feed projection: +$25/hour 

Discounts

• 10% Discount: Applies to VJ loop prices listed on the website if ordered for your event.

• Projection and Video Wall Discount:

  • If you provide your own projection or video wall, the hourly rate drops to $50/hour, including travel time.

Capabilities & Requirements

• VJ Setup Includes:

  • Resolume software for live visual mixing

  • Ability to run up to 2 HDMI signals simultaneously

• Requirements:

  • A sturdy table 

  • Access to power outlets near the setup location

Example Calculation (For a 3-Hour Event)

• Service: 3 hours @ $50/hour = $150

• Setup & Takedown: 2 hours @ $50/hour = $100

• Travel: 20 miles round trip @ $0.50/mile = $10

• Screen & Projector Rental: 3 hours @ $25/hour = $75

• Total: $335

(Optional fees and discounts can adjust the total.)
